Fruiting body only (no mycelium here)

Only the best for you. The fruiting body is the real deal—the actual cap and stem—with 15x more active ingredients. We use only the fruiting body extracts of functional mushrooms in all of our blends so every sip is packed with their full power. Mycelium is the “root system” of the mushroom, which really means it contains no mushrooms at all. With mycelium, you’re just paying for filler, oats and grains. How can you tell with other mushroom products? Mycelium is often grown on a substrate like grain or oats (filler). If you check the ingredients list, it will be listed as “myceliated grain.”
